After going through and filling out my Quiz and testing appearance and movement a customer might choose ...everything was great...But I used a test email (dummy email) to go through the quiz and I was wondering if there was a way to erase those test emails from the data collection? Do you have to erase the entire campaign to get rid of them? Will that even work? Maybe a sandbox to test these items is an idea to add on updates. I'm just wondering so that I can adjust my methods going forward.

I have not been able to accurately get the pictures to post in the background of the quiz when using that option. I even reduced it to 500x400 and used only jpg or png...still not posting. Should I go smaller than 500x400?

I need a refund on my purchase. The software did not give me a good result. it is a mistaken purchase.
I need a refund on my front-end product purchase. How can I submit a ticket and my purchase receipt for a refund? I used different email delivery on my front-end purchase.
The advert says During the launch phase can access the software for one-time investment. But yet it shows a $9.97/month subscription. So which is it, a one time or a monthly. This is a bit confusing.

YOUR LIMIT OF LEADS IS: 500
But I puchased "Unlimited Leads".
Can you please upgrade me to Unlimited Leads as I puchased please?
