Hi Ng,
I am sorry you are having trouble accessing the software.
Have you clicked on the Blue “Access My Purchase” button inside your warrior plus account?
Click on your W+ ID in the top right corner, then click on purchases.
Find Lead Intelligence and click the blue button for all the items you purchased. Once you have don’t that you should receive your login information.
If your still having trouble please let me know.
