Urgent - Upgrade Errors

I logged into my 'dashboard' using the emailed credentials (email and password)....looked at the upgrades which appeared to be accessible OK...changed my password (as per best practice) and Now the Helper and and Upgrade show "Upgrade Required" on the Dashboard and when you click on these it takes you back to your sales and purchase page - TO BUY AGAIN - not very impressive start is it?

Please see if you can fix this coding / software error as soon as possible - Thank You
