I just purchased inbox equalizer and OTO1. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I cannot access the upgrade. I keep getting this message:
You need to be an former user to get this user level. Please. do click in the Warrior+ FrontEnd 'Access to your purchase', then go to the next purchase to upgrade your user.

I have logged in to Inbox Equalizer successfully. I have tried both logged in and not logged in.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bob;
You just need to go to your first purchase, the frontend for Inbox Equalizer, in the button, when you have your access, then go to the upgrade, click there, and you will be autoupdated.

I am sorry. I either don't understand the answer or it is not working. I logged in went to upgrades and clicked on the upgrade. The just took me to the sales page.
Is that what I am supposed to be doing?

Not exactly. You have to click in the link at Warrior Plus where says "Access my purchase"
That's the way of activate the upgrade you purchased
