Hi Jorge,
My autoresponder is not sending out emails.
And I wonder if you could please have a look at it.
I'd like to send emails out in a similar style to this email
to include a "header" and a personal sign off like:
"To your Success,
Ian
Web Breakthroughs"
I guess I need a template for this. How do I create it please?
My GetResponse credentials are:

Please, first of all, be careful typing your access to your Autoresponder! I deleted it from the question!
If your AR is not sending mails, first step is contacting with their support, they are pretty fast.
Regarding the other question, you can create a "block" and than you will have to edit the footer of every email or just in the campaigns settings, where unsubscribe link is set, add your personal sign off.
