Is it possible to cartoon any image in your software? - Have a look at the video I used for inpainting.
For example, import any image or request it by Google it(image)? You can import any image, yes
Is it a 4K image? Not sure, how could I know? Depending on the image...
What format of the image is possible? Usually JPG, you can resize with Stable diffusion or bigjpg.com
Is it possible resizing the image and modify it? Yes, it's explained in the videos
Is it possible to divide the image into layers and change the colours of the elements and even modify them too? There's no way to do that YET...
Let's see how AI improves that!

Is it possible PNG format?
Can you provide a link to a video which you mention?
You don't know what means 4K or your software can't do the resolution of the image at such a level?
The last question was related to NFT creation(4K too). It is so important to increase your sales dramatically.

You can't do transparent images yet.
In the extra training, we see some links to scale from the Stable Diffussion, first of all, choosing the size with the sliders to the biggest one.
Yes, I understand what means 4K, for sure, but I didn't understand what you meant. You can scale images also with the site I told you.

4K means next - when you download your image and ask your software to transfer this image to a cartoon image(for example), Can your software create a cartoon image as a 4K image(clear, sharp and bright colours)?
You didn't answer if possible save created images in PNG format. Because I can trace them in this format in other software. For example in Inkscape. And a separate images on different elements for the next use for my NFT.
Plus you didn't provide a link for a video of how you use it for inpainting.

When I said "You can't do transparent images yet." I meant that it's not creating PNG
4K stands for resolution as far as I know, note related as how clear, sharp, you can have a blurry image in 8K if you want (bokeh examples).
I also answered you that the result is not given in layers as far as I know.
The link for the inpainting is in the Extra training inside AI Unlimited
Hope that helped!
