I did Access My Purchase for the upgrade 1, and it says it is ACTIVE, but clicking on the Upgrade in the bar on the left only goes back to the list of upgrades, it does not start up the helper app. I see at least one other person with same issue in the help system.

Hi, I don't have access to a tool that I purchased for AI Unlimited. It's the prompt helper software...I would send a screenshot but I can't and also, you haven't listed the software in your dropdown. This is a SUPPORT ISSUE that needs to be fixed please.
