Does Solo ads work? If I have purchased the solo ads & they did not work well then Is it refundable?

Today I purchase Testorama reseller rights. My access to this is not active on the website. Also as you will see below, I was charged $49.95 instead of the advertised $37. Please send my $12.95 refund to Paypal bobcaine@charter.net.

I did receive 2 emails for upgrading to OTO1 Pro and none for the reseller upgrade. Something my be pointed to the wrong place.

I checked my get response and there is only 1 little message to go out, not 36, so how do i get the other ones on there, and on the links there is only one link not 2 to check, so i bought the traffic and i bought some more different traffic for 10,000 people, so when do i get my 36 messages?????
