Setting up ACM with Aweber

I selected general question because Affiliate Commission Machine isn't on the product list yet.
When I try to integrate ACM with Aweber,
1. I am taken to the Aweber intregration form
2. I fill-in my id and password.
3. When I press select, I am taken to the Scarcity site and no integration is created.
4. I can integrate the Scarcity tool with Aweber.
Is this what is suppose to happen?
